Breathtaking office space towering high above the bustling corner of King and Yonge streets. That’s the promise of The 48. That, and amenities beyond compare. Early meetings during construction of this remarkable virtual and permanent office space allowed us to understand the architecture, finishing, and modern character of the location. These discussions informed the naming and branding which we created, along with their website and collateral material. The logo (a stylized number 48, representing the 48th floor) and branding are influenced by the elegant curves of the structure of the building. As well, it symbolizes meeting and commerce being conducted by tenants of The 48.
