Our Founder

SHELLEY MAYER, CM

Shelley Mayer founded Ramp in 2011 to help organizations align their purpose with how they show up in the world. A visionary strategist and natural connector, she is deeply committed to the intersection of business and social impact.

With decades of experience across both the private and nonprofit sectors, Shelley has advised hundreds of organizations seeking clarity, credibility, and transformational change. She’s a trusted coach, facilitator, and advisor known for challenging assumptions and guiding teams through complexity.

In 2021, she introduced Ramp’s Enlightened Brands™ framework to help organizations connect brand, strategy, values, and performance in meaningful, measurable ways.
